I created this deck to share insights with usability professionals on designing accessible product for users ages 65 and up. This is a rapidly growing user group with their own unique needs. 

This is a usability study I helped design and conduct that focused on the University of Minnesota - Center for Writing's Student Writing Support website. With a team of three others, I saw the study through from persona creation, to usability testing, to the final report. 

This is a large-scale web migration project that I played a role in back in 2021. As a Content Manager, I worked with UMN College of Liberal Arts units to review their web content, focusing particularly on digital accessibility. Once the review was complete, I communicated with CLA unit communications leaders to institute information governance plans to ensure their web content remained up to date and accurate.
